The Australasian Symposium on Ultrasound and Regional Anaesthesia (ASURA) 2019, is now well established as the principal regional anaesthesia meeting in Australasia.

ASURA 2019 will be an excellent opportunity for your organisation to promote itself and its products by having an exhibition booth. The exhibition will be in the main centre for networking during the conference with complimentary lunches and tea breaks, as well as being home to the welcome drinks.
The exhibition will be located in close proximity to the plenary and lecture rooms of the scientific program.


Exhibition booth $5,000 (plus GST)

All booths will be 3m x 1.5m.








• White octanorm framed / MDF panels walling.
• Four amp power point with 4 x outlets.
• One arm light mounted on the centre of the back wall for lighting.
• Fascia sign on white panel with Vinyl Cut Black Letters.
• Charcoal coloured carpet tile flooring.
• One 1.8m trestle table, white table cloth and two white plastic chairs.
• Name badges for two representatives including entry into exhibition area and welcome drinks only.
• Catering for two representatives during event hours.
• Organisation name on event website, including a link to organisation website.

Additional exhibitor $200 (plus GST)

If you have more than two representatives who wish to attend, additional passes may be purchased.
Each additional exhibitor pass includes:
• Name badge for one representative including entry to the exhibition area and welcome drinks only.
• Daily catering for one representative during event hours.


Further information regarding the contracted exhibition build and freight forwarding companies, deliver, hiring goods, electricity, storage etc. will be included in the exhibitor manual provided to each confirmed exhibitor in due course.
